    Dairy Free Clam Chowder with coconut milk was fantastic. There is no way you would think it not milk. The recipe is so simple…..just the right blend of flavors.. I repeated the recipe 4 times to make a large amount for a group. I am not good at doubling recipes just by multiplying everything by four….I think that much bacon and potatoes overwhelms the pot and the flavors, so i cut back on those two items. I also used olive oil instead of bacon fat when I repeated the recipe. Thanks.
