This is a great dipping sauce to have with a meat dish. I originally made it as part of my Lamb Kofta recipe, but I’m sure I’m going to find many other uses for this tasty dipping sauce.
Yogurt Mint Sauce
8 oz plain, full fat yogurt
3 tablespoons fresh mint, finely chopped
1-2 teaspoons lemon juice (depending on the tartness of the yogurt)
1 clove garlic, minced
Pinch of sea salt
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
This can be made ahead of time and will keep in the fridge for several days.
